- I bought the boat after a survey showed that it was in "good condition". My plan is to use it as a floating cottage. It was an older boat so I knew it was a restoration project. I had the starboard engine rebuilt, replaced gouges, repair the windlass, and repaired the bow deck. This past winter a new Bimini and aft skirt was made. I am now upgrading the main salon area and will upgrade some of the electronics this spring.
- I keep the boat on Harsens Island. My health situation has changed and it makes keeping the boat impracticable. I am willing to consider a trade for a smaller boat of equal value or some combination of cash and boat. As I continue to work on the boat, I will add the cost of the improvements to the selling price.
